If an item is damaged or incorrectly shipped by us please contact customer service. Defective items or incorrect shipments will qualify for store credit.
All parts are final sale only, but have a manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us to file a claim with the service department if your part is faulty or is damaged while under warranty.
Parts ordered in error are considered the customer’s responsibility. Please call us for help before ordering if you are unsure of your needs; we will be happy to assist you!
For paid orders, we accept eligible returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. For financed orders, we accept eligible returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Original sales receipt must accompany all returns. Items returned must be in new, unused condition. You may be asked to pay a 20% restocking fee.
Items must not show signs of wear or damage in any way or have been scratched, bolted, mounted, or installed in any way as this renders products ineligible for resell. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the company is at fault.
If you ask to cancel order after payment and order has been processed you may be subject to a 5% processing fee.
